Hi, I’m Lizzi

I’m an author and equine veterinarian, writing everything from historical fiction
and contemporary veterinary stories to children’s books and practical equine nonfiction.

Horses, history and the landscapes I’ve lived in—from California to New Zealand—find
their way into much of what I write. Quite simply, I write the sorts of books I love to read.
